40 MILE MENU

This menu is designed with fresh local produce, meat, and fish from local farmers within a 40 mile radius of southern Toronto.

 

SALAD & ANTIPASTO BAR

Local field mix greens with cucumber, Cherry tomatoes, carrots, and watermelon radishes.

1.  Hearts of romaine art deco style Caesar salad with pancetta and assiago cheese disks.
2.  Nicoise salad with white tuna, local fresh eggs, hot house tomatoes, red onion, and green beans.

3.  Chick pea and artichoke salad with a sherry wine vinaigrette.
4.  Caprese salad with boccacini cheese, tomatoes, and arugula with olive oil and a balsamic reduction glaze

6.  Mirrored platter of mixed Italian deli meats which includes Sopprisata, prosciutto, and coppa.
A selection of provolone, cheddar, and brie cheeses.

MAIN COURSE

1.  AAA New York strip lion carved tableside served with in house made onion jam, fresh horse radish, and Dijon mustard.

2.  Fettuccini qe broccoli served alolio with fresh red chilies, garlic confit, and aged parmesano reggianno.
3.  Steamed local heirloom carrots served with fresh dill, chives, butter, fresh lemon juice, and kosher salt.
