Oven roasted fillet of beef tenderloin with a Dijon, peppercorn and herb rub. Cooked whole to offer cuts from medium rare to medium well. Offered atop a medley of sautéed forest mushrooms. Accompanied with pomme Anna potatoes seasonal vegetable bundle served with red wine sauce.
DESSERT
Crème Brulee 3 ways, garnished with fresh berries and served with a chocolate soufflé cookie.
